I woke up at 3:00 am with a migraine headache. I couldn’t get back to sleep for 3 hours then I showed up to work 4 hours late on top of that. They are by far the worst pain I ever experience.

I’ve had this horrible headache for 3 days now…Yesterday it was almost unbearable…
It goes from my temples to the back of my head, travels down my neck into the middle of my back…
When I bend over to get something my head feels like it’s throbbing and as though someone is squeezing my brain…
I went on webmd.com and researched it and it could either be a migraine headache, acute sinusitis, or a brain aneurysm…

Thank you.

I know this sounds really stupid but I went to the track tonight and walked/jogged a mile. It’s the first time I’ve done any type of running in I don’t remember how long. I was dressed warm because it was about 20-25 degrees outside. When I finished and got back into my car my chest and ears started burning and my glasses fogged up. A few minutes later my head started hurting. On the drive home I had a little trouble breathing and the headache started getting worse. When I got home I crawled into a hot bath which seemed to help a little. Afterwards I just layed on the couch and read for a couple hours. As I laid there my headache kept getting worse and the other symptoms of a migraine start popping up (sensitivity to light, nausea, severe pain) and my chest started feeling tight again. I just wanted to know if this is normal. It’s been awhile since I’ve pushed myself like I did tonight (especially in cold weather) and I’m just wondering how to make it go away.

Or does the side effect of Nasonex just give you mini headaches that last less than 4 hours and resolve on their own?

Do many people get a headache side effect from Nasonex?

What I mean is how do you know one is coming on before it actually hits?

I’ve already taken headache pills but they don’t help that much. What else can I do for pain relief other than taking more pills?
Its the ‘tail end’ of a migraine, yesterday it was awful, its a lot better today but sometimes after the worst of it is past I still have a horrible headache that lasts for days and the pills don’t really help.
